Runway Inspired Challenge is one of those which makes me sit down and THINK!..honestly , this is truly a challenge, looking at a pic and translating that onto a card ...Whew!..
..which is why I must happily mention  here that all that  thinking  did pay  off and  last weeks card  RIC#8 was chosen as" Queen Of Couture"... Thanks RIC.

Back to this weeks challenge now..

...now the thinking part...here are my thoughts for this card......
 
........the design of this card mimics the top half of the dress , the green ,the pattern , the soft cream color and white, the  frame for the delicate frame of the model , the dual colored background for the same in the picture.
 I wanted all the elements..ie the colors and the patterns to be contained within the frame just as it is in the dress. I also pulled the sentiment at an angle to draw the eye down ...whew again!
